Topper- A nice fellow, generally happy most of the time. His logic is confusing to most as it rarely actually makes any sense. Most question his methods, but don't even bother asking. His brain has a nasty habit of turning on him and going all creative when he needs to be logical. He is based off of me, the author, Hans Kelsen.
Ammermann- Sort of mysterious, you never really know what he's up too. One second he could be totally normal having a nice conversation with you, the next chasing after you with a pair of large scissors. He's also a certified genius and has also been certified criminally insane. He's based off my real-life friend, Henry Ammermann.
Trilby- An all around normal guy, he sometimes denies his inner geek. He's pretty indifferent to most situations and it can take a lot to get him to show any emotion upon a particular subject, although that emotion is normally a negative one. Still, he's a nice guy, you should hang out with him. He was originally based off of my friend Matthew Sun, but has kind of branched off into his own character.
Pitch- He one of those friends that you hang out with, but don't really know why. He doesn't particularity get along with anyone and his intended-to-be-mischievous plans never seem to work out. He's a prankster at heart, which is usually the reason nobody really likes him. He's the first character to appear in an Excellent Nonsense comic.
Peter- When it comes to coolness, he doesn't really convey any. At all. He's not an uncool guy, He's just sort of in between bad an good. I can't really come up with the right word. He'll try and step up to the cool plate every once in a while, but just doesn't work out.
Dr. Knicknaak- The local doctor in wherever these characters live. Also the only one with facial hair. He's the brother of Knicknok who owns the local coffee shop.
Basher- Basher is a Talkaholic. Every time you see him he's talking about something, complaining or praising, sometimes both. He's always trying to figure out everything and has many theories about the future, as we've seen. But, if you can handle having you're ear talked off all day, he's actually alright.
Derby- For some reason, he never really expects anything. It doesn't matter what happens, he acts as though it was completely unpredictable. This becomes most annoying and is a bother to many on many occasions. He finds this surprising.
Knicknok- Being the owner of the local coffee shop, he kind of flips his lid whenever anyone puts thier big-shot companies above his place. But, he loves his job and is pretty good at it.
